Delivery
As a small business we aim to post all items within 48 hours of the order being placed and will update online if it may be longer. We work with small, independent makers, reflecting our own ethos as a small, independently owned business. This means we are unable to absorb any of our suppliers’ shipping charges and we charge all of our delivery fees at cost, excluding any of our further packaging fees. We are always looking for ways to reduce this charge, however we cannot currently do so without affecting the viability of our business.
Online Orders
Delivery for Mainland UK: £6.99
Free collection is available from our studio. Please see our opening times.
We aim to process orders on the same day. Once processed, please allow 2–4 working days for delivery.
Before you finalise your order please ensure that the delivery address is correct, including the postcode, and that you have given any further instructions and a safe location to leave the parcel, if required. After placing your order please check the details on you order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
Please note that once left at the designated safe location, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel. We also cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect delivery information being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure.
UK Shipping
We use royal mail tracked delivery and a courier.
Delivery for larger items such as furniture will be calculated based on the size of the item and the location it its being sent to. Please email us at bramblestudios@hotmail.com for a quote for shipping any of our larger items.
European Shipping
At the moment we don't to Europe.
Items Not Received
Please do contact us if you have not received your order or if you have experienced any issues with your delivery. We will investigate all issues as quickly as possible, both internally and with our designated courier. Please note that we will be unable to resend or refund an order that has been lost in transit until the investigation has been resolved with the courier company, as once the package has left our store it is no longer under our control. Should an investigation raised with a courier company conclude with evidence pointing to the delivery of the parcel, then unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. You are welcome to raise your own dispute with the courier company at any time. You must contact us within 2 weeks of the date you were expecting a delivery if it has not arrived.
Collection From Bramble Studios
You will be notified by email when the order is ready for pick up – this will be same or next day, depending on the time that the order was placed.
Please refer to our opening times and collect within these.
Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
This service is free and there is no minimum spend required.
Returns & Exchange
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Bramble Studios but if not, we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition, within 14 days. After the 14 days unfortunately we can not offer a credit note or exchange.
– Some of our products are vintage and may show some signs of ageing. We try to show clear photos of any signs of wear, but this is not always possible.
– Any damages caused during transit should be photographed and reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
– Any refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected your returned item. Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once this process is complete.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning a damaged item and do not want a replacement then the cost of the return shipping will be added onto your refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item and an additional shipping cost for the new item will be billed to you before it is sent out.
– If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
– We do our best to fairly represent our products. Please make sure to always check dimensions and in some rare cases allow for some slight colour variations.
Broken or Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty please contact bramblestudios@hotmail.com immediately. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item, and a description of the fault. Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies please notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this time. We will arrange collection of the faulty item from you and cover the delivery cost of the replacement to make sure you’re happy.
